The Classroom Reset
Let’s face it. . .
More strategies without direction just lead to more overwhelm.
A PD binder collecting dust on your shelf. A Pinterest board of strategies you keep meaning to try.
Those are random things. Disconnected, scattered, and costing you time without ever adding up to real change.
What you need is a framework that helps you reflect, refocus and move forward with clarity and confidence.
The Classroom Reset is the full solution. You won’t just learn ideas. You’ll create a personalized reset plan that weaves connection, regulation and engagement into your everyday teaching!
Real Connection, Every Day
Discover simple, intentional practices that build a classroom culture where students feel seen, safe, and ready to learn.
Play, Creativity & Arts Integration
Reignite curiosity and energy using micro-engagement strategies that slide into lessons you’re already teaching—no curriculum overhaul, no extra prep. Really.
SEL That's Embedded, Not Added
Support student regulation and social-emotional growth through what you’re already doing — woven in, not piled on.
You care. You try. You persevere.
And you’re exhausted!
Let me say this loud and clear:
It’s not you.
You’ve been expected to do too much for too long—without the practical tools or encouragement you truly need.
And I get it.
I’m not just someone who teaches about teaching.
I’m a teacher—right there in the trenches with you.
The overwhelm, the frustration, the “is it just me?” moments? I’ve felt them too.
That’s why I created The Classroom Reset—a guided, online program to give you the clear, step-by-step roadmap to:
- Practical Classroom Management Tools

Most PD is built by people who left the classroom years ago — full of frameworks that look good in theory and fall apart on Monday morning.
The Classroom RESET is different because I never left. I'm still in a real classroom, with real students, right now — and every strategy inside this framework was built to work inside real teaching life, not around it.
No curriculum overhaul. No piling more onto an already impossible plate. Just a clear, creative, teacher-centered framework that transforms how you teach what you already teach — with genuine support every step of the way.
What’s Inside?
The course content will take you through the 5-Step Classroom RESET Framework!
(And you’ll get Personalized 1:1 Support along the way.)
1
STEP ONE
Reflect & Get Ready to Reset
Resetting your classroom starts with YOU! In this step, you’ll begin with a refreshing teacher-centered reflection process that helps you pause, refocus, and realign with what matters most. You’ll get access to the printable workbook, creative reflection tools, and Proactive Strategies that build clarity from day one. This is the foundation for building your personalized plan—one that feels authentic and sustainable because it’s rooted in who you are as a teacher.
2
STEP TWO
Establish a Caring Classroom Culture
Creating a classroom that feels calm, respectful, and connected starts with intentional culture-building. In this step, you’ll learn positive classroom culture builders and practical classroom management tools and routines that help students know what to expect—and how to succeed. You’ll get a simple framework to reestablish clear expectations, boost student responsibility, and create an environment where everyone feels safe and seen. These are Proactive Strategies you can put into place right away.
3
STEP THREE
Support Students’ Social-Emotional Growth
Students can’t thrive academically if their emotional needs aren’t being met. In this step, you’ll get access to social-emotional tools for students grounded in SEAL: Social-Emotional Artistic Learning. These arts-based strategies help students manage emotions, build empathy, and strengthen relationships—all without adding a separate program to your plate. This step also includes creative activities and personalized planning tools to help you meet your students where they are and grow from there.
4
STEP FOUR
Engage with Creativity & the Arts
When students are engaged, they’re ready to learn. In this step, you’ll learn how to spark curiosity, encourage play and foster creativity through arts integration tools and micro engagement strategies that align with the content you’re ALREADY teaching. Discover how to plan with flexibility as you match what fits your grade level, content, teaching style and students’ interests. Whether it’s music, movement, drawing, or storytelling, you’ll bring your lessons to life with creative, student-centered approaches that make learning more meaningful—and fun. No art degree required.
5
STEP FIVE
Tighten Up Your Reset Plan
This is where it all comes together. In Step 5, you’ll review, refine, and personalize your RESET plan so it works for your students and your teaching style. You’ll walk away with a clear roadmap and an action plan that’s simple, sustainable, and designed to grow with you. With your RESET plan in place and continued support inside our group coaching, this isn’t a one-time fix—it’s the beginning of lasting transformation, with the real support you need to keep going strong.
If you’re struggling with student behaviors and are weary of teacher burnout, The Classroom Reset is the answer.

Hi there!
I'm Elizabeth...
I’ve been in the classroom for over 27 years—and I’m still in it now.
So when I say I get it, I really do.
The overwhelm. The behaviors. The feeling that nothing is working like it used to.
It wears on you—and it’s easy to wonder if things will ever feel good again.
But here’s what else I know: change is possible.
The Classroom Reset combines the best of what I’ve shared over the last 20 years—at retreats, in workshops - coaching teachers in the exact strategies I use in my own classroom to stay calm, creative, and connected.
This isn’t theory. This works.
You don’t need a new program to follow—you need a reset plan that fits you, and the support to actually make it happen.
Let’s do it together.

You’ll also get access to monthly live group coaching calls with Elizabeth, where you can ask questions, share wins, and get support—no matter where you are in the course. Plus, you’ll be invited into our private Teacher Lounge community where you can connect, chat, and celebrate with fellow educators anytime.
What grade level is this designed for?
The Classroom Reset was developed with the elementary classroom in mind—but the truth is, so many of the strategies focus on connection, creativity, and classroom culture that teachers across all grade levels and subject areas find them valuable.
If you’re a caring, creative educator who wants to bring more calm and joy into your teaching, you’ll feel right at home inside The Classroom Reset.
Can you tell me more about the Monthly RESET Check-Ins?
Each month, you’ll be invited to view Elizabeth's Monthly RESET Check-In. This is posted on the second Wednesday of each month inside the online community. You can submit any questions you have ahead of time so they can be answered.
On these calls, Elizabeth will go over timely strategies and seasonal activities you may want to try. She'll also answer any questions that have come up during the month and share any relevant resources.
Every call is recorded and added to a private archive so you can watch (or rewatch!) whenever it fits your schedule.
Is this course really worth the investment—especially if I’m paying out of pocket?
Let’s get real for a minute: sometimes, you can’t wait for admin, a PD day, or someone else to fix things. Sometimes, the best investment you can make is the one you make in yourself.
Plus, research shows teachers lose 14.5 school days a year to behavior management alone.* At the regular price of $397, The Classroom Reset costs less than $28 per reclaimed day — and that's before you count what it gives back to your evenings, your energy, and your classroom culture.
The Classroom Reset is more than just another course—it’s a chance to take the reins, get in the driver’s seat, and transform your teaching experience from the inside out. You’ll learn strategies that actually work—and you’ll be supported with coaching and community every step of the way.
This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about changing how you show up, how you feel, and how your classroom runs. When teachers not only learn these tools, but are supported in using them—everything changes.
So if you're ready to show up, do the work, and find joy in teaching again—this is your moment.
Not to mention, you'll also earn 1.5 CEUs included in the price!
* Where does that "14.5 school days" statistic about time spent on behavior come from?
The behavior management time statistic is based on research reported by Gormley, M. J., Overfield, R. A., Spradlin, C., Scanlan, L., & Sheridan, S. M., University of Nebraska-Lincoln, citing EAB District Leadership Forum (2019), Breaking Bad Behavior: The Rise of Classroom Disruptions in Early Grades and How Districts Are Responding.
It states that: Teachers estimate spending an average of 2.4 hours per week, or 14.5 days per year managing disruptive behaviors.
And that was 2019 — before a pandemic, before the device and social media surge, before the mental health and attention struggles we're all seeing now. If teachers were already losing nearly three weeks of teaching a year to behavior management then, you already know the truth: it's worse now. You're not imagining it, and you're not alone in it.
This is exactly why The Classroom Reset exists — because "wait for someone else to fix it" isn't a plan, and the cost of doing nothing keeps climbing every year you wait.
Do you accept POs?
YES! If you're fortunate enough to have a school or district that will pay your way into The Classroom Reset, excellent! Simply contact our support department at support@theinspiredclassroom.com and we’ll help you arrange for that.
Do you offer refunds?
I know investing in yourself — especially out of pocket — is a real decision, and I don't take that lightly.
Here's what I can tell you: teachers who show up, go through the RESET framework, and use the support available to them do see real change. That's not a guess — that's what I've watched happen over and over, in real classrooms, with real students.
Because the course materials are digital and available immediately upon enrollment, we don't offer refunds. But you are never left to figure this out alone — you have monthly live coaching, our private Teacher Lounge community, and direct 1:1 access to me for exactly the moments you get stuck or aren't sure something's working. That support is what makes the difference between a course you buy and a course that actually changes your classroom.
If something isn't clicking, and you're still stuck, I will personally work with you until we find what does. You will not be left alone with this.
I will show up for you, and if you show up to do the work, this works. I've built it to make sure of that.
How do I know if The Classroom Reset is for me?
If you’re a caring, creative teacher who wants what’s best for your students and yourself—this is for you. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in the loop of the Daily Teacher Drain, and you're ready for something to actually change—this is your sign.
And let’s be honest… if you’ve made it this far down the page, your heart is already telling you it’s time.
You don’t need anyone’s permission to reclaim joy, calm, and connection in your classroom.
It’s your classroom. It’s your career. And you get to decide how it feels to teach every day.
NOT SURE IF
The Classroom Reset is right for you?
Real classroom applications!
“Since Elizabeth is working in the classroom everyday and understands real life concerns of teachers, this course was filled with real classroom applications.”
Linda Dodge
Elementary Teacher
If you’re struggling with student behaviors and are weary of teacher burnout,
The Classroom RESET is your answer!
I leave you with a story…
A caring, creative teacher who just wants to feel confident and in control again enters a new school year full of hope, but is quickly overwhelmed by disruptive behaviors, student disengagement, and a classroom that feels out of sync.
At the peak of her frustration, when she’s wondering if teaching will ever feel fun again,
a fellow teacher and trusted mentor (Hi, that’s me!) steps in with a simple, effective plan: The Classroom Reset! This plan gives a step-by-step, teacher-centered framework built on reflection, connection, SEL, and simple creative strategies that work with the curriculum she already teaches.
She’s invited to take the leap: join the course, start small with one strategy at a time, and discover how creativity can bring her classroom back to life.
By saying yes, she avoids another year of burnout, bland lessons, and behavior struggles.
Instead, she experiences a classroom that feels calm, connected, and alive with creativity…
where students are engaged, behaviors improve, and she remembers why she became a teacher in the first place.
Could that teacher be you?
