Perhaps you’ve heard this before, but do you really understand what it means for you as a teacher? After digging into this idea for some time now (and living it as a teacher myself!), it’s time to share with you what I’ve come to understand. In particular, the practical applications this has to our teaching.

In this video, we’ll look at what Maslow’s hierarchy of needs are, why they are important for us teachers to understand, and the implications in the classroom.
