Teaching is Tough

Teaching is tough and classroom disruptions keep ramping up.  This can lead to you feeling on the brink of burnout.  The thing is, you are a caring, creative teacher.  You are built to teach.  And your students deserve to learn in a safe, learning environment!

This is possible!  Teachers, just like you, can make a difference every day with SEAL!

So, are you ready to start teaching SEAL?

You probably already know what social-emotional learning (SEL) is.   Most likely, you have been asked to teach aspects of SEL in your classroom.  The thing is, even though you know the importance of SEL, you don’t necessarily want to take time out of your content to teach it.

This is where SEAL comes in.

SEAL, Social-Emotional Artistic Learning, gives you the strategies, methods and mindset to strengthen your students’ social-emotional well-being in creative and artistic ways – that actually work!

And you can make a difference in your students’ lives every day.

Your students need you to understand this.

If you don’t start to build a collection of embedded strategies, classroom disruptions and your own well-being will only get worse.

Instead, learning SEAL strategies that can help your students and yourself will cause you to calm classroom behaviors, ease teacher burnout and help you to make a difference everyday!

Just look at what your day could look like:

I get it.  I’m a teacher too!  Like you, I care and feel teaching is my calling.  However, there were some days I stood in front of my class of students and second-guessed my career choices.

But then I started researching SEL and created arts-integrated lessons and strategies that would help my students experience new ways to look at themselves and the world around them.  And things changed.

I want that for you!

Now, as more and more teachers start to Teach SEAL, they are realizing the difference they can make every day.
