How to introduce essential oils into your classroomHave you wondered how to introduce essential oils into your classroom?

Well, today I have a special treat!

Tuesday Orluk, a local yoga instructor and an expert in essential oils is joining me to talk about how we teachers can use various scents and oils in our classrooms both for our students and for ourselves.

I know many teachers are interested in the health and wellness benefits of oils for personal use, and are also curious about what oils can do for their students and how to introduce them into their classroom.

Well, Tuesday is a wealth of knowledge and I know you will get some great information by listening to her.

Her story is inspiring and, as a side note, I’m excited to say that Tuesday is going to by one of the presenters at the 2020 SEAL retreat.  So if you are going to be there, you will get to learn first hand how the various scents can truly be beneficial.

So, enjoy the interview in podcast style!  Just press play.  🙂

So, there you go…. I hope you enjoyed the interview with Tuesday.  She is truly a wealth of knowledge when it comes to a healthy way of living through oils.

If you are interested in learning more, be sure to check out Tuesday’s website yogaforlifeseabrook.com

And if you are an upcoming SEAL Retreater, you will really enjoy learning more from Tuesday during our Saturday morning aroma yoga session.  You can learn more about the retreat by going to theinspiredclassroom.com/retreat.
