What does it mean to imagine, create and innovate?  These three powerful concepts should be what drives education.  More importantly they should drive professional development.  I like to think of the relationship among these ideas as an ongoing cycle that feeds into another.

With inspiring professional development, teachers have time to be creative through arts-based, hands-on, teacher-centered activities.  These experiences serve as a way to become inspired by the creative process so that educators can enter into their own journey of what they imagine can occur in their own classrooms.
