Our PLaiC group met today and we had a wonderful time. First we started with one of our district’s PreK teachers sharing a movement activity she does with her students called “Rock&Roll Yoga” She plays music by Spearhead and when she pauses the music, she reveals a yoga pose card and the students get into that pose.
